The Rivers State Government headed by Governor Nyesom Wike has sued the Federal Government of Nigeria to court over an issue of VAT. It’s Attorney-General, has gone to the Supreme Court to save the choice of the Court of Appeal that arranged it to keep up with business as usual on the assortment of Value Added Tax, VAT, forthcoming the assurance of an allure that was stopped by the Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS.
