IkeThe London Metropolitan Police have accused two Nigerians of connivance to deal with a young child to the United Kingdom to reap organs.
The charges – a lady and a man – have similar names and ages as Nigeria’s previous Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu and spouse Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu.
The police said the charges followed an examination by the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Crime group and gave a few subtleties of the denounced as follows:
[A] Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu, 55 (10.9.66) of Nigeria is accused of a scheme to orchestrate/work with the movement of someone else with a view to double-dealing, in particular organ gathering.
B] Ike Ekweremadu, 60 (12.05.62) of Nigeria is accused of connivance to orchestrate/work with the movement of someone else with a view to double-dealing, specifically organ reaping.
“The examination was sent off after analysts were made aware of likely offenses under present-day servitude regulation in May 2022,” the police said.
The bits of true-to-life information are given to matching the openly accessible individual information of Mr. Ekweremadu, a serving congress person and previous Deputy Senate President, and his significant other.
