The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has called on all candidates taking the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) to print their examination notification slips from April 20, 2023. The slips will contain essential information about the exam, including the candidate’s examination center, date, and time.

The Head of Public Affairs and Protocol for JAMB, Fabian Benjamin, made the announcement on Thursday in Abuja. He said that candidates must print their examination notification slips by April 24, 2023, at the latest. To do so, candidates should visit JAMB’s website at https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/PrintExaminationSlip and select “2023 UTME SLIP PRINTING” from the menu.

Benjamin also advised candidates to locate their examination centers before the day of the exam to avoid being late. He emphasized that the commencement time for each exam as indicated in the notification slip is sacrosanct.

Furthermore, JAMB urges candidates not to bring prohibited items, such as wristwatches, calculators, flash drives, and phones, into the examination halls. The board has a zero-tolerance policy for exam malpractice and warns candidates against engaging in any ignoble acts during the examination.

By following these guidelines, JAMB hopes to ensure a smooth and successful 2023 UTME for all candidates.
